I first photographed B and M a little over a year ago. We had a fun time running around the Navy Yard and Charlestown Community Gardens. I was referred to their mom, Michelle by Michelle's dad....A great man who sadly passed away this past summer, Peter Looney. I am so happy and fortunate to have known him. I also feel blessed that he gave me the honor of wanting me to photograph his grandkids, one of his greatest prides. This blog post is dedicated to him. I went down to Marshfield this time and we went to a small park dedicated to Veteran's. This was appropriate for two reasons: It was the day after Veteran's Day and Peter had always driven by the park and said he should stop there but never got the chance (Michelle told me this as we first walked in) so I believe he was there with us on Saturday. It was a beautiful day and these girls are so sweet and beautiful. (and they always have the most adorable matching outfits). Enjoy! And one picture of Peter (since this blog post is dedicated to him) from the dedication of a park here in Charlestown. It was my favorite from that day because right before this snapped, he had looked over at me with a little wink and smile. Fitting to do this post this week since we will celebrate his birthday on Friday. We all miss you Peter.

The photos are so beautiful and so fitting as we celebrate Peter's 70th birthday this week. He loved his grandchildren so dearly and always was such a proud "Daddu" of every accomplishment and achievement they made. That you for sharing them, Nicole.
