Well, I just can't narrow down what to share any more than this. These are my dear friends and their new addition. That warrants a lot of images making the blog post. Plus, he's gorgeous and I was in LOVE with the mommy and daddy shots I got. Enjoy!!

Sometimes, I get SO many great shots, that I can't narrow down which to share. This was one of those times. Meet Beautiful Miss M, her brother (who I also photographed throughout his first year) and their great parents! Enjoy!
Beautiful, tiny features, head of red hair, and sleepy girl through the poses. Little G even woke up a bit at the end to get a great awake shot looking right at me. Enjoy!
I received an email from little O's mom looking for a newborn session. The baby was already born, which is usually difficult to schedule during the ideal newborn timeframe. (FYI- It is best to contact me at least a few months before birth, if not sooner). However, I had another newborn session that had to reschedule the next day and so, I went to Brighton to meet this great family. O was perfection, sleeping soundly through her poses and letting me move her around with ease before she woke up for her photos with her awesome mom and dad. Enjoy!
I had a great time with this family. This is a little bit of a longer blog post as it combines three sessions. We had the maternity shoot and due to scheduling, had to split and do two separate sessions for the baby when he arrived. We had great weather and were able to do some great outdoor photos in a really cool swing they had. It is made out of tires and provided a unique and fun prop to use! Enjoy! Mom bought this adorable outfit to represent the Blackhawks, who her dad works for. And we incorporated drumsticks as a surprise for her husband. :) An amazing big sister, giving little brother lots of love. :)
Gift certificates for newborn photography have become more and more popular and the recipients are ALWAYS excited! This was one of those times. Little E was just precious and tiny and her parents are wonderful. She gave me just enough sleepy time and some nice awake shots looking right into my camera (I just love when they do that). Enjoy!
Little C didn't want to sleep a lot for me, but she was still a great little client. Her mom and dad obviously just adore her and some of my favorite shots are of her with them. There's nothing like seeing the connection between new parents and their first baby. Enjoy!
Well, it's been a LONG time. Life got in the way last year and I wasn't keeping up with blogging, but I am hoping to blog as many older sessions as I can get to and share the great clients I've had over the last 8 months (wow). But, now, a recent adorable newborn session.
One of my great clients from west of the city referred her friend to me when she wanted newborn photos. I arrived at their beautiful home on a sunny Sunday morning. Little J's parents are awesome. They were obviously over the moon in love with J and each other. I know, I always say my clients are awesome, but it's always true! We did their session at 20 days new since he was born early and was a tiny little guy. He proved to be a fantastic little client. We got so many great shots as he stayed sleepy and even got not one, but multiple smiles! Enjoy! I know many of N's family members and his parents received some gift certificates toward a newborn shoot (becoming a popular shower gift!). He was tiny and adorable. Dad is a cop, so we made sure to incorporate that! He also had a little onesie made for the Cafe his grandparents own, which was big on him, but of course, we made sure to use it! He was nice and sleepy and was super easy to pose, making for a smooth session. The last picture is perhaps my favorite. You'll see why. ENJOY!
I am WAY behind on blogging. This session was my first one back after Ireland. Baby A's mom found me when Molly of Molly Anne Photography did my head shots and posted them on her blog. Thanks Molly! I traveled out to Westborough and we had a great session. Baby A was easy to pose and sleepy, which always helps! Her room is decorated with owls, so I was sure to bring one of my newest baby girl props, an owl hat. Her parents are awesome and I can't wait for the 6 month and 1 year session (they signed up for a baby plan). It's so much fun watching them grow and capturing such great memories. Enjoy!
