I first photographed K when he was a newborn. His aunt gave his parents a gift certificate toward their session (Great idea for anyone who needs a gift for a baby shower!). They were excited and signed up for a three session first year baby plan. Here is one from his newborn shoot.
Now, K is 6 months and full of smiles! He is a little peanut of a thing and definitely Irish. He has the biggest, most beautiful eyes that just light up. We met at Piers Park in East Boston on a warm Spring morning and captured some great shots. Enjoy!
I first photographed H for his first birthday cake smash! We did it outside. You may remember this one:
His mom wanted to do some Spring pics, so we took a little road trip from Charlestown to the Arnold Arboretum in JP. It isn't in full bloom yet but we had a beautiful day and there were some great trees and scenery for us to work with! H is so cute and all of the faces he makes crack me up. Enjoy!
I was contacted by L's mom a while back. She is friends with other clients of mine (and related to others). I love how everyone is so connected. We decided on the Boston Public Gardens for the session and we couldn't have gotten a better day! It was gorgeous out. We sort of wandered around the Gardens and captured some great shots of little L. It was so laid back, which is key to a really successful shoot. They were totally patient and go-with-the-flow. We all just enjoyed the weather and looking at those cheeks and eyes! Enjoy!
I was referred to Erin by another client of mine whose newborn pictures I had taken. I went to meet Erin and James about 7 months ago to book their wedding and liked them right away. They are low key, easygoing people. We did not do their engagement photos until a couple of weeks ago. We met at the Boston Public Gardens. Of course, after all of the great weather we've had, we ended up with a chilly and windy day. Chilly is easy to handle, but for females, wind is not our friend. Despite that, we got some great shots. I can't wait for their wedding in August. Enjoy!
Baby J is the precious new girl for a very, very dear friend of mine. Her mom and dad (actually pictured right up above on their wedding day) are two of my favorite people and her mom is one of the greatest friends anyone could ask for. I was beyond happy when they got pregnant and was literally counting down the days to the due date. She came a few days late (making us all crazy...haha). She was worth the wait though. There is so much love for her by family and friends, but especially by mom and dad. Watching them with her melts your heart. Oh, and I've never had a newborn awake for so long and looking directly into my lens. She is destined to be in front of the camera (which is good since aunt Nicole will always have one on her!) Enjoy this sampling of pics from the shoot!
We had to do a Bruins hat since her mom is an ultimate fan and her middle name is Patrice. ;)
Can't you actually FEEL the love in this picture?!?
And one more. She has daddy wrapped around her finger already.
