I had seen this family around town, but met them when I went to check out their house and plan our session. Again, I get such amazing clients! The day of the session, we were doing family shots first, so while mom and dad finished getting ready, big sister, H and I hung out. I felt like I was talking to someone my own age. She is smart and BEAUTIFUL ! I mean beautiful (good luck, mom and dad!). Well, you'll see below. How could she not be though? The whole family is good looking. I think the first photo makes the list of my top favorite family photos of all time. I also loved how gentle and sweet H was with her baby brother. He wasn't very happy to just sleep and pose, but we got into a rhythm after a while. Enjoy!!

D's mom is one of my closest friends which is why I can say, he definitely has his mom's attitude (love you Jen). He has a strong personality and certainly decides when and if he wants to cooperate. :) He's adorable and so smart and happy (despite what the 2nd and 3rd pics below show). He was not psyched about his shoot back in November and he absolutely did not want to smile and cooperate at first. But, after a while, we got that cute smile and had a lot of fun. It's hard to believe he was born 10 weeks early and so tiny, giving us a little scare(see first image). Enjoy!
I was referred to this family by two other great clients. H was 6 months old and they hadn't had any professional shots yet. We ended up with a beautiful afternoon the day after Thanksgiving. I met them at their house in Quincy and we did some shots in the yard and the nursery. Little H is very smiley and happy and his parents, like my other client parents, were wonderful! Enjoy!
I've known Colleen for a long time. We used to live one street away from each other and worked at the same place for a while. I was excited she wanted me to photograph her second child for his newborn shoot. We had a great shoot and big brother got some pics too. Can't wait to see these adorable brothers again! Enjoy!
I first photographed A back in the Spring. We met at their house and walked up to the Monument on a beautiful May afternoon. She is so beautiful! I was happy to hear from them again for Fall pics. We met the day before Thanksgiving in the Navy Yard. I obviously do a lot of shoots in the NY. There are so many great spots and you have such great variety with a mix of urban backdrops of brick, cobblestone and the skyline, but also grass, water, and beautiful trees. It's always a great backdrop, but even better with beautiful clients like A and her parents! Enjoy! The dog was SO not impressed with me....
Ok! Last one for the night! "LIKE" My Facebook Page: Nicole O'Neil Photography This is my buddy, C. His parents are friends of mine and I may be slightly obsessed with him. This first picture is from the first session we had. It is still one of my favorites pics of all time. For our session this Fall, we went to the Esplanade. We met on a Saturday afternoon and C's cousin was also with him for some shots. C is HIGH energy. I think I would be exhausted if I were his parent because he is literally non stop. He is the tiniest thing, but a big fan of playing hockey and has a HUGE personality. We had fun as always. He was another "Can I have my lollipop NOW?" boys. You will even see a pic here of him reaching for one. ENJOY!
Please "LIKE" my Facebook page: Nicole O'Neil Photography First, can we just talk about how I photograph gorgeous families? I mean seriously. From mom and dad to every child, the families are beautiful! This family is no exception! I first met this family at some events around town and have now known them for over a year. They were planning a session for the Fall and then they won a gift certificate at the Charlestown Mother's Association Gala. We met at the Bunker Hill Monument (one of the favorite locations in Charlestown) on a nice fall afternoon. The temps were warm and all went smooth. Sure, little miss was a little feisty and would decide she no longer wanted to be invovled at times. But, a little side chat with her and the promise of a lollipop helped me coax her back to that adorable smile! And little Mr. Oh my, how cute!! Enjoy! This little one was a little boy I followed for his first year. Well, now he is VERY active and barely stopped for our mini session this Fall. We met at Wakefield Lake and his mom and I got quite a workout chasing him around. Many kids go through a phase where they are almost impossible (ALMOST) to photograph. I still managed to get some though! Enjoy!
These are friends of mine, so I was happy when they wanted a session. Of course, the teenagers were a pain trying to get them to cooperate (you would think we were torturing them). But the little ones were having fun. The youngest, P is hilarious. I drove with him and mom and had told him that if he did good smiling for all of the pics, he would get a lollipop. So, of course, after every shot (and even in the middle of poses) asked, "Can I have my lollipop now?" He's just so cute, you can't help but laugh. Enjoy!
